In large pot and high heat, melt chocolate tablets in 1 cup of milk.

Place peppermint candies in blender and add 2 cups of milk. Blend until candies are fully broken down.

Add peppermint milk mixture to the pot.

Boil to allow candy pieces to melt.

Add the rest of the milk and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
