  1. 4 cupchicken stock
  2. 2 tbspchili paste
  3. 2 tbspsesame paste
  4. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  7. 2 cloveGarlic
  8. 1 pinchshallots
  9. 1/2 lbground pork
  10. 3 cuprice or Asian noodles

    Brown pork in sauce pot.

  2. 2

    Add everything but the shallots and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put on noodles or rice.

  4. 4

    Top with shallots.

  5. 5

    Eat.
