  • 4 cupchicken stock
  • 2 tbspchili paste
  • 2 tbspsesame paste
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 pinchshallots
  • 1/2 lbground pork
  • 3 cuprice or Asian noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown pork in sauce pot.

  2. 2

    Add everything but the shallots and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put on noodles or rice.

  4. 4

    Top with shallots.

  5. 5

    Eat.
