Ingredients

  • 6boneless pork chops
  • 1 canPineapple Tidbits in pineapple juice (save juice)
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tspbrown sugar
  • 1 tspgarlic pepper
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and garlic pepper. Stir together.

  3. 3

    Next, put the pork chops onto a plate and rub the mixture onto both sides on all pork chops.

  4. 4

    After, take the pork chops and place into an oven safe pan. Take the Pineapple Tidbits can and pour the juice into the pan. Take the pineapple tidbits and put on top and around the pork chops.

  5. 5

    Place pan into oven for about an hour (flipping the pork chops over half way through) until pork is cooked all the way.

  6. 6
