Ingredients

  • 3 lbchicken (full, breast, or thigh)
  • 1 packagesTortilla strips (by croutons) or Doritos
  • 1 can28oz sun vista pinta beans
  • 2 canRotel (1 hot, 1 med)
  • 1 canEl pato small
  • 1Avocado
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1 packagesShredded cheese
  • 2 headlettuce
  • 1Salad dressing (ranch, salsa, etc)
  • 1as needed Chipotle ranch would be best dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    I can switch out chicken with 3 lbs of ground beef (get taco seasong check back for number)

  2. 2

    Boil chicken and shred

  3. 3

    Mix in pan/big bowl the cans and mix. Mix in chicken

  4. 4

    Cut up all other ingredients

  5. 5

    Before mixing in sun vista warm up in pan and drain.
