Ingredients

3 lbchicken (full, breast, or thigh)
1 packagesTortilla strips (by croutons) or Doritos
1 can28oz sun vista pinta beans
2 canRotel (1 hot, 1 med)
1 canEl pato small
1Avocado
2Tomatoes
1 packagesShredded cheese
2 headlettuce
1Salad dressing (ranch, salsa, etc)
1as needed Chipotle ranch would be best dressing

I can switch out chicken with 3 lbs of ground beef (get taco seasong check back for number)

Boil chicken and shred

Mix in pan/big bowl the cans and mix. Mix in chicken

Cut up all other ingredients

Before mixing in sun vista warm up in pan and drain.
