Cut cream cheese into large chunks and put into medium saucepan over medium low heat.

Add in hot sauce and celery seed.

Once these are melted together and mixed until smooth, add 1/2 of the gargonzola. Continue to stir until this is incorporated.

One all of the cheeses are combined, fold in the diced chicken and pour this mixture into a greased pie plate. Sprinkle the rest of the gargonzola on top and Bake this for 10-15 min.in a 400° oven.

Serve with your favorite dippers.
