preheat oven to 350° F

cook ground beef, drain, and put through food processor

cut tops off green pepper, rinse and set aside.

pit and rinse green peppers so there are no seeds.

cook minute rice.

mix beef with rice and a can of tomato soup, and then fill the peppers. then put the tops back on the peppers

mix one can tomato soup with 1/3 cup of water and pour half of the mixture into a baking dish, covering the bottom.

place stuffed peppers into baking dish and cover with the other half of the tomato soup/water mixture.

cover dish with foil and bake on middle shelf for 45 minutes or until peppers are soft and tender.
