  1. 1 gallonQuartered and cored tomatoes
  2. 2onion
  3. 6parsley
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 4jalapenos
  6. 3cayenne pepper
  7. 4celery tops with leaves
  8. 2 tspbasil
  9. 1 tbspsalt
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Simer all ingredients until soft.

  2. 2

    Press through sieve or food mill

  3. 3

    Bring to boiling again and pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4 headspace. Seal.
