Ingredients

  • 1 gallonQuartered and cored tomatoes
  • 2onion
  • 6parsley
  • 1green pepper
  • 4jalapenos
  • 3cayenne pepper
  • 4celery tops with leaves
  • 2 tspbasil
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Simer all ingredients until soft.

  2. 2

    Press through sieve or food mill

  3. 3

    Bring to boiling again and pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4 headspace. Seal.
