1/3 cupsoy sauce
1/3 cupsugar
1 tspMSG optional

mix soy sauce, sugar and MSG until sugar is dissolved

place the punded spareribs in marinate for 1hr or so

reserve the remaining marinade. put 1 tablespoon of oil. grill the spareribs. brush constantly with the marinade and oil mixture
