  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 1 1/2 cupgreen onion, chopped
  3. 1 1/2 cupyellow onion, diced
  4. 1 1/2 cupcelery, diced
  5. 1 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper, chopped
  6. 2 quartoyster, with their liquor
  7. 1 tbspsalt
  8. 1 tbspcayenne
  9. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  10. 1 tbspthyme leaves
  11. 3 cupcoarse whole wheat bread crumbs

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F Fahrenheit. Coat a 9 by 13 inch baking pan or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray spray.

  2. 2

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauteed green onions, yellow onions, celery, and bell peppers.

  3. 3

    add the oysters and oyster liquor. Cook until the yellow onions and celery are translucent, 5 to 6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in the salt, Diane, garlic powder, thyme, and breadcrumbs.

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
