In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauteed green onions, yellow onions, celery, and bell peppers.

add the oysters and oyster liquor. Cook until the yellow onions and celery are translucent, 5 to 6 minutes.

Stir in the salt, Diane, garlic powder, thyme, and breadcrumbs.

Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
