Place two cups of the argula and remaining ingredients (excluding pasta) in a food processor and pulse until combined.

Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse. Toss pasta with pesto and fold in remaining three cups of arugula. Serve and enjoy!
