Pre-heat oven to 350°

In a 9in pie pan...

Finely crush graham crackers, melt butter, and mix together. Press down evenly into pie pan.

Spread chocolate chips over graham cracker mix in an even manner. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the chocolate chips, making sure there are no pools of milk.

Bake for 10 minutes. remove from oven and turn oven to 500° or broil.

Top with Marshmallows evenly, in a double layer. Return to oven on highest rack for 3 minutes or until marshmallow tops are golden brown.

Cool for about 10 minutes and then edge the pan or it will be very difficult to get the "pie" away from the edges of the pan. Cool completely.

Is a bit difficult to cut because of the sticky marshmallow, but will come out like a piece of 'pie'

*optional...add coconut before the chocolate chips and or nuts on top of the chips*
