Beat cheese, flour, butter, salt, and spices at medium speed with mixer.

Gently stir in cereal.

Shape into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Flatten each ball with fork dipped in flour.

Bake in batches 25-28 minutes or golden brown.

Transfer to wire racks and cool completely.

Makes 6 dozen.
