  1. 2Pork Steaks
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1Sweet Onion (Chopped)
  4. 1 tbspCooking oil
  5. 1Salt to taste
  6. 1Black Pepper to taste
  7. 1/4 tspCumin
  8. 1/2 tspMinced Garlic
  9. 1 pinchOregano
  10. 1/4 tspChili Powder
  11. 1/2 cupWater
  12. 1 canTomatoes
  13. 1 canSmall- Tomatoe Sauce

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Cut pork steak into bite size chunks.

  2. 2

    In medium bowl salt pepper & flour. pork steak chunks.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in medium size skillet over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Brown floured pork steak over mediu/high heat in the cooking oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover & simmer over low to medium heat stiring often until pork steak is done (@ 15 - 20 mins). Don't want to over cook the pork

  5. 5

    Hamburger Meat could also ne used.
