Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 headnappa cabbage, julienned
  2. 1 headromaine, julienned
  3. 1/2 cupcarrots, julienned
  4. 1/2 cupsnow peas, julienned
  5. 3green (spring) onions, thinly sliced on the bias, green tops included.
  6. 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  7. 1/3 cupchopped peanuts
  8. dressing
  9. 2 tspprepared English mustard (Coleman's) or Chinese mustard
  10. 2 tbsppeanut oil
  11. 1 1/2 tspsesame oil
  12. 1 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
  13. 1 pinchsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Toss cabbage, romaine, peas, carrots, and green onions in large bowl.

    In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

    Toss dressing with salad and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped nuts.
