Beef and Vegetable Tagine

Place a tagine or heavy pot on the stove over medium heat. Add a little oil and brown the beef. Once the beef is browned and the liquid has evaporated, add the onion (cut into large pieces) and the garlic. Stir well.

When the onion softens, add the tomato, spices, bouillon cube, and dried black limes. Stir, then pour in water. Let the beef cook for about 30 minutes.

Once the beef starts to become tender, add the chopped vegetables and stir. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the cauliflower, salt, and bell pepper. Add 1 cup of water and let everything cook until done. Enjoy!
