  1. 300 gBoiled sweet potatoes (medium size) –
  2. 200 gMilk powder –
  3. 50 gAmaranth (Rajgira) flour –
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking soda –
  6. 1 teaspoonCardamom (elaichi) powder –
  7. Vegetable oil (ghee) – enough for deep frying
  8. 1 cupWater –
  9. 2 cupsSugar –
  10. 2-3 dropsRose water –

    For jamun

  2. 2

    Mash the boiled sweet potatoes and add milk powder, amaranth (rajgira) flour, salt and soda and mix them properly

  3. 3

    Once the ingredients are mixed properly, make small balls and deep fry them in the vegetable oil (ghee).

  4. 4

    For sugar syrup

  5. 5

    Take water in a pan, add sugar in it and heat it for 10 minutes make sure that the sugar is dissolved properly.

  6. 6

    After the syrup is ready, add rose water and cardamom (elaichi) powder in it.

  7. 7

    Garnish with rose petals and your dessert is ready to be served.
