Add all ingredients of a batter in a bowl. Add water and make a thick batter like pakoda. Keep it aside.

Peel off potatoes. Mash all with masher. Add all ingredients of vada. Mix all properly.

Make lemon size balls of it.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Coat potatoes balls in besan batter.

Slide them carefully in hot oil. Fry them on medium flame until golden brown.

Fry all Vada. Fry chilies also.

Heat nonstick pan. Cut pav from center.

Sprinkle red chilli & garlic powder. Spread tomato sauce. Place vada on it.

Serve with tomato sauce. Enjoy with your valentine for chhoti chhoti bhukh.
