Steps

Rinse & cut brinjal in thin round slices. Keep it in salted water.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 tsp oil. Mix well.

Roll brinjal pieces in besan Masala.

Coat it both sides.

Heat non stick pan. Drizzle some oil on pan. Place brinjal slices.

Roast both sides until golden brown on slow flame.

Serve with roti or as a tea time snack.
