
Stuffed Bluefish With Broccoli

This recipe will serve two comfortably and is great for anyone watching their weight.

Start by turning you oven to Bake on 450°F.

While the oven is heating take two cloves of garlic and mince in food processor.

Add to large baking pan with juice from one lemon, olive oil, chicken stock, and salt and pepper.

Take your head of broccoli and separate each stalk.

Add broccoli to pan heavily coating it ib the juices.

Leave for 20 minutes and begin to prep your fish.

Rinse fish clean.

Add bread crumbs, flour, a clive of garlic and a medium cube of butter to food processor. Mix. Set aside.

Coat fish in olive oil lightly.

Salt and pepper fish.

Stuff inside of fish your mix.

Garnish inside with parsley.

When broccoli is tender place fish on top.

Add more lemon atop the fish and white wine. Top with bread crumb mix.

Cook for 10 mins watching carefully - fish doesn't take long.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
