Ingredients

1 handfulfresh basil
Halfa head of broccoli (use only the florets)
6-8walnut halves
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
1garlic clove
Salt, to taste

Steps

1

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until finely chopped.

Stir with a teaspoon and adjust the salt and olive oil if the mixture is too dry.
3

Before mixing with pasta, thin the pesto with a little of the pasta cooking water to get a creamy consistency.
