In a pan add oil

Add mustard seeds,asafetida and boiled moong,and green chilli paste

Cook for a min.

Now add blanched spinach pury,salt to taste and turmeric powder

Mix well

Now add boiled rice mix well and cook for a min
- 7
Now put rice in any shape mould and unmould it in serving dish
