Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak rice, poha and urad dal separately overnight.

Separately grind to a fine paste and mix it.

Stir and mix properly and continuously atleast for 5 mins.

Keep it warm place for fermentation. (8- 10 hrs)

Again mix fermented batter properly. Add salt.mix again.

Heat non stick griddle /tawa.

In a bowl mix all ingredients of toppings.

Spread spoonful of batter on one side and little batter on other side.

Just join them little to form a shape.

Spread toppings and cook on medium heat.

Put little oil over all. Let it cook till crispy and brown.

Take out on dish and serve with coconut chutney.

Enjoy with ur buddies.
