Take the washed fish slices and pat them dry with kitchen towel

Add the Naga King Chilli Sauce, salt to taste, red chilli powder and cracked peppercorns, mix well and marinate them. I Kept for 2 hours

In a non stick pan drizzle the oil. When hot layer the fish and pan sear first for 5 mins in low-medium heat on both sides

Now increase the flame and pan sear for another few mins and take off the heat
- 5
Serve with squeeze of lemon juice, onion slices and chopped coriander leaves
