Steps

Roll avacado on counter before cutting (makes it easier to scoop out) cut in half and remove ball

Place in blender and pour as cold water in slowly while pureeing more or less depending on texture your wanting (cold water helps prevent it from browning also)
- 3
Add a squeeze full of lemon juice (helps it from browning) and puree. If your not freezing skip this step
- 4
And freeze for later =)
