  • steak mariade
  • 2 clovegarlic cloves
  • 2 piecejalenpenoa
  • 3/4 cupolive oil

  1. 1

    Chop jalpeno and garlic on fine chop,then add olive oil,mix

  2. 2

    Add the mixture to gallon plastic bag,then add steaks

  3. 3

    Let steak mariade overnight.

  4. 4

    Cook on grill on med-high heat 5 minutes on each side ,or to ur liking of doneness
