Ingredients

4 servings

1/4 cupsliced shallots
1 cloveminced garlic
1/2 cupdry white wine
2 tspcornstarch
1/2 cupchicken broth
1/4 tspthyme
black pepper

Steps

15 mins

In a medium sauce pan, combine shallots, garlic, and wine. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

In a small bowl stir cornstarch into broth

Stir broth mixture into saucepan along with thyme and pepper.

Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
