Ingredients

2(14 oz/398mL each) cans no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1(28 oz/796 mL) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1(450 g) lb. extra- lean ground turkey
1 largesweet potato (1lb/450 g) , peeled, coarsely chopped
1 cupsalsa
1/2 cupkraft mango chiptle dressing
1onion, chopped
3 clovegarlic, minced
2 tbspchili powder
1/4chopped cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cupkraft TexMex light shredded cheese

Steps

1

combine all ingredients except cilantro and cheese in slow cooker; cover with lid. cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours ( or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). stir in cilantro just before serving. Top with cheese.
