Ingredients

  • 3jalapeños
  • 1 cupfresh cilantro
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 cupmayo
  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 1 tbspfresh lime juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper
  • 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil in a blendor until smooth.

  2. 2

    While the blendor is ON, open the lid and slowly drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. May seems runny, but will thicken after.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate and serve when desired

How can it be Peruvian Huacatay if you didn't use any Huacaty?
