  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 cupcooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1TOPPING
  • 1/3 cupflour
  • 6 tbspsoftened butter
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 cupfinely chopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    beat eggs lightly and add sugar

  2. 2

    add in remaining filling ingds

  3. 3

    turn into casserole dish

  4. 4

    combine flour and brown sugar

  5. 5

    cut butter into mix until crumbly

  6. 6

    stir in pecans and spread over filling

  7. 7

    bake @ 350 10-15 mns
