Ingredients

1 lbstew meat
1 can(8 oz) mushrooms
1 smallonion
1 cupsour cream
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 packagesegg noodles
2cubes beef cubes

Steps

fry meat and mushrooms in pan. Then add 1 1/2 cups water with meat, and add beef cubes. Cover and cook for one hour.

stir in onions, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream then reduce heat and simmer for several minutes.

cook noodles according to package.

serve over noodles.
