  • 2 lbLean pork roast
  • 3 cupCarrots
  • 1Onion
  • 1 1/2 tspDried thyme
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1Garlic clove
  • 1 cupDried cherries
  • 3/4 cupAllow juice
  • 4 cupCooked hot brown rice

Steps

    Cut pork into large pieces, cut carrots, add all spices, juice. Cook on high for 7-8 hours. Add rice into pork mixture and serve
