  4. 1 1/2 lbRoast Beef
  5. 1 largeonion
  6. 1 largegreen peppers
  7. cupgrated cheese
  8. Cheese sauce
  9. 4 tbspflour
  10. 2 cuplow fat milk
  11. 2 cupsharp cheddar
  12. 4 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cheese Sauce - 1.) melt butter 2.) Add flour stir for 2 mins 3.) Add shredded cheese. Turn off heat and cover

  2. 2

    Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef, onions, green pepper.

  3. 3

    Bring spaghetti to boil. Add steak and melted cheese sauce
