Prepare veggies. Set crock pot on 'low'. Put 1 box chicken broth in crock pot along with all veggies and beans, stir.

Chop all chicken in small bite size pieces and put in crock pot, stir

Add spices, stir.

Put the other box of chicken broth on the top of mixture, stir.

Cook on low in crock pot for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally. (I go the full 10)

Turn crock pot off and add rice, stir. Let rice saturate for about 1/2 hour, and soup is ready! Enjoy!
