My mom's friend gave us some of this tasty dessert. We loved it so much we asked her for the recipe!!

8 servings

1 cupBoiling water
1 canMixed fruits in syrup (small can)
1 canPineapple juice (small can)
1 boxPineapple jelly (whole box)
14 ozCondensed milk (1 can)
1Mold or bowl - any size and shape (for refrigerating)

Mix the pineapple jelly powder with the boiling water.

Add the condensed milk, the pineapple juice, and the mixed fruits' syrup (only syrup, NOT yet the fruits). Mix well all these ingredients.

Pour the mixture in the mold/bowl. Then, add the mixed fruits.

Put the mold/bowl into the refrigerator and let it cool until custard-ish consistency.
