Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 4boil potatoes (cubes)
  2. 1green chilli
  3. 1.5 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  5. 3 tspghee
  6. 1 tspKasuri methi
  7. Salt to taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Tak a kadhai, heat 3 tsp ghee add cumin seeds and allow them to splutler and change their colour.

  2. 2

    Add boiled potatoes and green chilli stir very well.

  3. 3

    Add salt and, Kasuri methi stir and saute for a minutes.

  4. 4

    Switch off the flame add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and serve hot.
