Ingredients

  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/2cabbage
  • 4carrots (small)
  • 4 slicecelery (cuts)
  • 3jalapino
  • 1 bunchcoriander (leaves)
  • 1squash
  • 1white potato (big)
  • 2red potato (small)
  • 3dried pepper
  • 1/2 tsppanch-foron
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgranulated sugar
  • 1salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut in not-so-small pieces the cabbage, carrots, celery, jalapino, coriander leaves, squash, potatoes. Put these in a bowl.

  2. 2

    On a burner put a nonstick pan and heat it. Add the vegetable oil and heat.

  3. 3

    Add on it the dry peppers and heat for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the panch-foron and stir less than 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Add the onion pieces on it and fry those.

  6. 6

    Add the mixed vegetables you prepared.

  7. 7

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder and sugar.

  8. 8

    Mix everything very well. Adopt slow cooking & Wait for a while. Stir the mixture time-to-time to check for burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan.

    Add salt to taste. And add some gorom mosola powder!

    You have just made the mixed vegetables
