Mixed vegetables (Ghonto)

Cut in not-so-small pieces the cabbage, carrots, celery, jalapino, coriander leaves, squash, potatoes. Put these in a bowl.

On a burner put a nonstick pan and heat it. Add the vegetable oil and heat.

Add on it the dry peppers and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the panch-foron and stir less than 10 seconds.

Add the onion pieces on it and fry those.

Add the mixed vegetables you prepared.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder and sugar.

Mix everything very well. Adopt slow cooking & Wait for a while. Stir the mixture time-to-time to check for burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan.

Add salt to taste. And add some gorom mosola powder!
