1tamarind - size of a small lemon
2water glasses - 250ml each
1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
1 tspRasam powder
1 tspSambar powder
1/4 tspTurmeric
1 tspSalt
1/3 stickCorriander
1/4 stickCurry leaves - few

Heat oil in a kadai and add Jeera and Rai once oil is hot.

Add Ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric.

Add water

Add tamarind, salt, sambar powder, rasam powder

Boil for 5 mins

Add corriander and it's done!
