Ingredients

  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1tamarind - size of a small lemon
  • 2water glasses - 250ml each
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspRasam powder
  • 1 tspSambar powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/3 stickCorriander
  • 1/4 stickCurry leaves - few

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai and add Jeera and Rai once oil is hot.

  2. 2

    Add Ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric.

  3. 3

    Add water

  4. 4

    Add tamarind, salt, sambar powder, rasam powder

  5. 5

    Boil for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Add corriander and it's done!
