prosciutto wrapped pork loin w/ herb cheese

preheat oven to 350°F

you will want to bake for 35 to 40 minutes per pound of meat.

salt & pepper the pork loin to you liking (note: the prosciutto does a good job salting so you may want to go easy)

coat seasoned pork loin with the cheese spread.

wrap the cheese coated loin in strips of prosciutto.

grease baking dish, and cook tented with foil for 35 to 45 per pound. about 2 hours 7 minutes.

internal temp should be about 140°F to 145°F.
- 8
let rest 5 minutes or so before slicing.
