Wash the carrots.

Grate them.

On the other hand take a wok and put the milk in it.

Boil the milk.

After boiling put all the grated carrots in it.

Keep stirring after every 5 minutes.

When it gets thick, it means carrot is done.

Then add sugar and malai in it.

After adding malai keep stirring.

Now add chopped or crushed dry fruits and ghee also.

Serve it hot and garnish with few almonds or cashew.
