Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 lbchicken breasts
  • 5garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 pieceginger (grated)
  • 2onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 4 tbspgaram masala
  • 3 tsppaprika
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (can use coconut cream) added last 15minutes
  • 1 cupfrozen peas (added last hour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except frozen peas and heavy cream

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Add frozen peas last hour and heavy cream last 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir to shred chicken once it is cooked. Serve over rice.
