Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 3boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  2. 2 cupsliced white mushrooms
  3. 1medium onion,diced
  4. 3garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1/3 cuptomato sauce
  6. 2 tbspketchup
  7. 2 tbspdijon mustard
  8. 1/4 cupwhite wine (or chicken stock)
  9. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  10. 1/2 cupsour cream
  11. salt and pepper
  12. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  13. 1 tsppaprika
  14. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan and brown chicken until no longer pink.

  2. 2

    Add diced onions and garlic, cook until onion translucent.

  3. 3

    Add mushroom until just soft, add salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.

  4. 4

    Add white wine, then ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    Add heavy cream and stir to combine.

  6. 6

    Allow to simmer for 10 min for the flavors to combine.

  7. 7

    Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
