  1. 4 tbspCountry crock spread, divided
  2. 1/2Whole grain French baguette (about 5oz) cut into 16 slices
  3. 1 cupChopped red onion
  4. 4 cupAssorted cut-up cooked asparagus and peas
  5. 6 largeEggs
  6. 3 cup2% milk
  7. 1 cupShredded reduced fat Swiss cheese

  1. 1

    Layer 1/2 of bread, vegetables and cheese in prepared baking dish ; Repeat with remaining ingredients. Combine eggs with milk in medium bowl; pour over top of casserole and lightly press bread to cover. Cover, chill 1 hour or up to overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
