First Take the carrots and make a keema of them

Then take the kadhai and add the keema of gajar and roast them until water is absorb

Now when the water is absorbed add milk and cook it until milk get absorb

When the milk got absorb add gheee and sugar

When the ghee and sugar get mix properly

Add khoya in it and mix it well

Then add the nuts (roast the nuts before adding)

Now keep it to get cool

When it get cool add the butter scotch flavoured icecream in it

Now keep it to cool and start preparing chocolate bowl

For bowl blow a balloon and melt the chocolate spread chocolate on balloon and keep it to cool

Now remove the balloon

Now caramalise the caster sugar and add nuts in it.

Make a toffee out of it

Now combine all the dishes and start plating
