Palak ko clean kar ke wash karein aur cut kar le tomato potato aur green chilli bhi cut karein aur boil kar le

Mangodi ko chhoti chhoti karein aur achhe se sek le.

Kadhai main ghee garam karein aur bay leaves badi ilichi daale zeera daale then lahsun paste add karein. Golden brown hone par salt and red chilli powder add karein then palak ko achhe se mash kar ke add karein.

Pani udne tak pakaye ab mangodi mix karein aur 5-7 minutes dhak kar pakaye.
