Cut the apple into small pieces and fry it together with the pieces of bacon until the bacon is crispy

Put the lettuce leaves on the plates and put the bacon and apple on top of it

Add the boursin cheese cubes (they will melt a little bit if you add them immediately to the hot bacon&apple)

In order to make it a little bit tastier and sweeter I prefer to add honey, I often add pine nuts as well
