Ingredients

1 1/2 lbRound steak, cut in 1/2 strips
1/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1 smallonion
4Garlic cloves
1Diced green pepper
1Diced red pepper
1(16oz) Italian style tomatoes
1 tbspBeef bouillon
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspSteak seasoning
1 tbspSteak sauce

Steps

Toss steak in salt, pepper, and flour and add to gallon sized freezer bag. In a med bowl, mix together the rest of ingredients and add to bag. Zip and place in freezer. When ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
